The motto of Les Clefs d’Or is “In Service through Friendship”. Membership of the Society of the Golden Keys, or its French term Les Clefs d’Or, provides each member with the opportunity to develop long lasting friendships with our peers at local, national and international levels. These friendships, along with participation in the many and varied activities of our Society, allow us the prospect of increasing our professional knowledge and skills. It is the very nature of this wealth of intellectual property acquired over many years, which places us at the pinnacle of the service ethic. Concierges as a collective never hesitate to share or impart the knowledge we have garnered over the years amongst ourselves. Far from being jealously guarded, this accumulated knowledge is used to enliven and enrich the guest experience. It is our network of 3500 members globally, along with the broad number of contacts available to a Les Clefs d’Or Concierge that places us in a unique position to be able to offer unparalleled service to our hotel guests.

It is common for the Les Clefs d’Or Concierge to be known as the public face of their hotel whilst defining their properties service ethic.
