I started my Hotel career in the Spring of 1999, joining the pre-opening team of the Westin Sydney. I commenced as a Porter and after several months was promoted to the position of Concierge, a role I covet. My career progressed and has taken me to some fine hotels within Sydney. Star City, Four Seasons and now Chief Concierge at the Swissotel Sydney.
As a professional Concierge, I enjoy the diversity of the role and the everyday challenges it brings. I take great pleasure in assisting my guests in simple to the not too simple requests. It certainly helps when you are an ambassador and promoter of a world class city.
With the mentoring and support of many local Les Clef D'or members, I was accepted into this prestigious society in 2011 and am honoured to join a society who value service, friendship and camaraderie.
