I commenced my career as a Concierge in 2000 working at the Grand Hotel Sofitel Melbourne then moving to my current property The Westin Melbourne in 2010.
I have held various positions within Front Office and Duty Manager roles with Novotel. Ibis and Rydges Hotels.
The role of Concierge has been by far the most fulfilling and rewarding role I have undertaken.
My motto is “We are running a business; our guests are our business, without whom we would not have a business”.
This simple philosophy guides us from day to day to provide the best service possible and strive to exceed our guest expectations.
