Les Clefs d'Or Australia is a friendly Society of Hotel Concierge. Our aim as an organisation is to provide a network for our members in which they can exchange ideas, provide mutual assistance and develop future Concierge professionals.

Established in 1981, the national chapter of the Society currently has 31 members represented in every state of Australia. We are an affiliate of the Union International des Concierge d'Hotels (UICH) based in Paris and our worldwide membership is in excess of 3000.

The members of Les Clefs d'Or Australia meet regularly on a state by state basis and we also conduct a national AGM each year. Our local members also participate in the UICH World Congress which brings together hundreds of Concierge annually from the 37 member countries that make up our organisation.

The distinctive gold crossed keys worn by Les Clefs d'Or members are recognised by travelers around the world and identify the bearer as a true professional in their chosen career. Each and every member of the Society strives to provide the utmost in caring, attentive service to their hotel guests, and our motto "In Service through Friendship" reflects the manner in which this is achieved.

Please feel free to explore the Les Clefs d'Or Australia website and in so doing we hope you gain a greater understanding of the important role a Concierge plays in the art of hospitality.
