Les Clefs d'Or Australia National Treasurer

Scope of Role:
​The role of Treasurer is an elected position within the Executive Committee and is responsible for the management of the societies finances.

Term of Election: ​

Bi Yearly. Elected by membership.
 

Reports To:

The President of Les Clefs d'Or Australia

Responsibilities:

•  Meets the criteria of an Active Member as defined in the Les Clefs d'Or Constitution

•  Controls the general finances of the society in conjunction with the Executive Committee

•  Collates and distributes of all funds related to the society
•  Manages the societies bank account
•  Communicates the societies financial status to the Executive Committee
•  Releases funds where appropriate under the instruction of the Executive Committee
•  Produces and forwards of any invoices that are required
•  Manages the receipt and payment of all invoices and accounts by there due date
•  Produces and collates the quarterly financial report
•  Invoices and collects all national dues
•  Pays the annual international dues by due date
•  Control of any related stock items i.e. social pins, ties, etc
•  Attend the International Congress
•  Attend the National AGM
•  Attend the New Zealand AGM
•  Attend Les Clefs d'Or State Balls where possible
