About Hidetaka…

I began my hospitality career as a Bell Attendant in my hometown of Yokohama, Japan, where I worked for three years. With a strong desire to travel, I moved to Sydney and completed a Hospitality program, earning a Diploma.

I joined The Grace Hotel Sydney as a Porter and was later promoted to Concierge. In 2006, I was honoured to be accepted into Les Clefs d’Or Membership. In 2008, I joined The Westin Sydney and went on to serve as the Les Clefs d’Or State Delegate from 2012 to 2013.

Since then, I have worked at several hotels across Sydney and am currently working at W Sydney
